An Experienced Senior Team
Link’s senior management team is drawn from backgrounds including some of the world’s leading professional service providers, banks, consulting firms and financial institutions.
The team’s solid experience and expertise ensure that we provide excellent service and stability for our clients, investors and employees.
Joe Melton, Managing Director:
Joe joined Link Financial in 2023 after 18 years at Secure Trust Bank where he held numerous senior roles in client services, latterly as Client Services, Operations and IT Director. Prior to this, Joe held Management Consultant positions at both KPMG and BDO. He has a degree in Marketing from the University of Stirling
Stuart Ashcroft, Business Development Director:
Stuart joined Link in 2012 after 15 years at MBNA Europe Bank where he held a number of senior managerial roles culminating in Vice President, Asset Sales and Legal Recoveries. He is responsible for new business and client relationships at Link. Stuart has a BSc in Business and Commerce from Loughborough University.
Tracy George, Head of Operations – NPL:
Tracy joined Link in 2005. Her previous experience includes roles at Lombard Bank, First National Bank & GE Money. Tracy has progressed in a number of roles at Link, most recently Senior Operations Manager, and was also seconded to the wider Link Group for a period to share her experience in operations and strategy with other Link Group companies.
Lisa Henry, Head of Compliance:
Lisa joined Link in 2024 and has over 10 years’ experience in compliance and risk roles including at Hodge Bank, Vauxhall Finance and Principality Building Society. Lisa has experience across a range of regulated product types including consumer credit, mortgages, insurance, banking and outsourced arrears management and collections. She has a master’s degree in Commercial Law and completed the Legal Practice Certificate at Cardiff University.
Yogeeta Kika, Financial Controller:
Yogeeta joined Link in 2023 and has over 20 years post qualifying accounting experience. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst and Young (South Africa), and holds a B Comm, Accounting degree from the University of Witwatersrand (South Africa). Yogeeta’s previous experience covers both the retail and investment space including VP roles at Barclays Bank Capital (UK) and ABSA Bank (SA) as well as CFO of Adinah Capital Ltd in South Africa.
Lucy Roberts, Head of HR:
Lucy first joined Link in 2008 and remained with the company until 2020, before rejoining in 2023. With over 16 years of experience in HR, she brings extensive expertise to her role. Lucy specialises in unlocking the potential in individuals and empowering them to achieve outstanding results for customers.
Nick Shepherd, Director:
Nick joined Link in 2023 and brings 25 years of experience in the UK Collections and Debt Purchase market. He was previously Chief Executive at both Debt Managers and Close Credit Management. Nick qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and has a degree In Economics from the University of Sheffield.
Heather Williams, Head of Operations – Performing Loans:
Heather joined Link in 2013 and has more than 25 years’ experience in Consumer Finance. She has previously held senior roles at Avco Trust, Target Loan Servicing and 118118 Money. Heather has experience across all regulated product types including student loans and credit cards, but she specialises in outsourced arrears management and collections.
