Link Financial wins Customer Engagement Award
Link Financial Outsourcing was thrilled to win the “Customer Engagement” award at the Welsh Contact Centre Forum Awards.
The Welsh Contact Centre Annual Awards celebrate excellence and innovation practice from individuals and companies across Wales, and is dedicated to recognising and celebrating the best of Wales’ customer service industry.
The judges were impressed by Link’s vulnerable customer management, complaints case handling and overall customer journey. The steps and actions that Link has taken in these areas to ensure that customers receive a ‘best in class’ experience is what sets them apart from the competition.
The LFO team strives for continuous improvement and has improved their customer experience and journey even further through enhanced training and technology. This is not only a benefit to customers but also provides reassurance to Vendors who can be assured that their customers are in safe hands.
