About the Role:

As a Customer Service Collections Advisor you’ll be taking inbound and outbound calls, building rapport with our customers to understand their circumstances.

The use of good questioning skills and the ability to listen carefully will mean you’ll be able to provide satisfactory results for our customers.

With close attention to detail, you’ll accurately update the computer files for each customer you speak with. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, so it’s very important to be empathetic on every call, to help all of our customers reach a fair and affordable outcome, buiding lasting relationships. Previous collections experience isn’t essential as full training will be provided.

  • Self-motivated and keen to succeed;
  • Conscientious and trustworthy;

  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
