Luca Adinolfi – Managing Director

Luca is Link Finanziaria’s Managing Director. He has significant expertise in both Secured and Unsecured segments having worked for several years as professional NPL investor.

Prior to joining Link Finanziaria in 2018, Luca worked for Guber Banca, Hoist Finance and LCM Partners in London.

Luca has a Master’s Degree in Management from LUISS University in Rome and an Executive Masters in Open Innovation from the LUISS Business School.

Pablo Antonio Petralito – Head of Secured

Pablo joined Link in 2018 and is responsible for the management of Link Finanziaria’s non performing secured business from due diligence through to workout. His previous experience includes 5 years spent as an independent adviser to the industry and prior to that, Senior Asset Manager at Italfondiario SpA for 7 years.

Pablo has a degree in Economics from Bocconi University, Milan.

Jean Michel Strino – Head of Unsecured

Jean Michel joined Link Finanziaria in 2008 as an Account Officer, and has progressed through several roles in the company to become Head of Unsecured Work-Out.  He has extensive experience in team building and process innovation.

Jean Michel has a degree in Law from the University of Urbino.

 

 

Paolo Musaragno – Compliance Manager

Paolo has 30 years of legal experience and joined Link Finanziaria in 2013.

He is responsible for the corporate compliance processes and the closing department, as well as  monitoring Link Finanziaria’s legal and contractual activities.

Before joining Link, Paolo was Head of Mortgage Portfolios at Centrale Attività Finanziarie SpA (now Intrum) and Senior Loan and Portfolio Manager at Società Italiana Gestione Crediti SpA.

Paolo has a Law Degree from the University of Rome “Sapienza” and is DPO certified in the GDPR field.

Giuseppe Capuzzello – Finance Manager

Giuseppe joined Link Finanziaria in 2020, and is responsible for the financial control and reporting area of Link Financial Group’s Italian operational entities.

Before joining Link Finanziaria, Giuseppe was Head of Control and Reporting at Dorna WSBK and prior to that, an auditor at PWC.

He has a Master’s degree in Business Economics from LUISS Guido Carli in Rome, and is an Executive Master in Management Control, Performance Measurement and Reporting from LUISS Business School.

Clizia Micheletti – Client Reporting Manager

Clizia Micheletti is Client Reporting Manager at Link Finanziaria, having joined the company in 2018.  She is responsible for Reporting activities and supports portfolio evaluation.

Before Joining Link Finanziaria, she was Financial Controller at ARAG in Germany and Credit Risk Analyst at Crédit Agricole.

Clizia has a MSc in Economic and Social Sciences from Bocconi University.
