Link Financial Outsourcing wins Vulnerable Customer Initiative Award

The Link Financial Outsourcing team has won the Vulnerable Customer Support Initiative category at the annual Collections and Customer Service Awards.
Link Financial’s MD, Frank Horvath said “This award recognises the importance Link places on looking after vulnerable customers. We have a robust system in place to ensure they are identified as early as possible, and that they are fully supported. It’s a real example of our Company values in action”
