Loan Servicing

Link’s operations take a customer service approach to debt collection. This is primarily telephone and letter based, aimed at entering into a constructive dialogue with each customer. This allows us to recover the maximum over the long term by setting up arrangements according to each individual’s circumstances. We have an in-house legal team to progress court enforcement options when our amicable approach fails. Our internal trace team uses publicly available information to locate customers where the original lender has lost contact and to reactivate payment with them. 

We have more than 500 people across our six offices in London, Caerphilly, Madrid, Rome, Cologne and Dublin managing receivables within both distressed (“NPL”) and performing portfolios.  Our principal UK loan servicing business in this area is Link Financial Outsourcing Limited which is ranked “Above Average (Positive Outlook)” by S&P for its servicing capabilities. 

Link is able to manage  the spectrum of consumer finance products and receivables, including Auto Loans, Credit Cards, Mortgages, Personal Loans and Student  Loans. Further product information is outlined above or please contact us with specific requests.
