Through our debt purchase offering we unlock value in non-performing loans for our clients. Since 1998 Link has acquired more than 1,000 NPL portfolios across Europe alongside its financial partners for a total purchase consideration of close to €1 billion. This means that we have a full life-cycle track record of performance across asset types and jurisdictions which few others can match.

Our clients are among the largest high street banks, consumer finance lenders and mortgage issuers in Europe. Our investor partners are some of the world’s largest funds and banking organisations. We are able to structure transactions to match both investor and client needs.

Due diligence and pricing is conducted through a centralised investment team. Data is sourced from our proprietary database generated through our own European servicing platform. We provide monthly summary and loan level reporting on a number of private and public transactions. The quality of analytics gives our financial partners access to detailed performance and valuation data at any point.

Our expertise and transparency means that we are trusted both by investors and clients  in a part of the market that is difficult to access and where there is a premium on compliance.
