We have conducted analysis on more than 4,000 loan portfolios. Our operation handles data on 2 million customers. This has given us a deep understanding of where value lies in underperforming pools. We are able to make sense of large quantities of loan level data where quality is essential to driving returns.
We work with investors and loan originators in the following areas:
- Performance benchmarking of distressed or non-performing pools as a prelude to debt sale or outsourced placement;
- Origination and evaluation of pools for our investor partners: our service includes analysis of overall portfolio characteristics and value drivers, financial modelling of pricing and returns, employing our proprietary database and loan level due diligence including valuation of collateral;
- Data consultancy – we are retained adviser to the European Central Bank on its ABS Loan-level Initiative.
